Henderson, Nevada

Property type: Private Residence

Investigation Date: 03-21-2009

Property Description and History:

Two story house- lower level has a spare room, family room, dinning room and kitchen-upper level has 4 bedrooms. The house is approxitmately 3,000 square feet in size and was constructed in 2005. The major topographic surrounding the property are mountains and large city structures. The immediate surrounding land is made up of recently developed residential homes with some vacant land. The current residents at the time of the investigation were a couple with two young daughters.

Claims of Activity:

The home owners and their daughters moved into their new home in May of 2005. Their daughters were ages 7 & 5 at that time, both immediately noticed activity and were afraid to be in the house. The oldest daughter claimed to hear footsteps and in one incident she heard the footsteps then the phone rang once. This repeated itself three times with no one on the other. A black shadow was seen in the family room by the oldest daughter and she told her mother that she doesn’t like to be in the house. She claims that the house itself gives her bad feelings. She also believes there is an angry spirit in the home. Also the daughter claims that she was on her bed writing and felt the spirit, she told it to leave and an object from her desk went flying across the room. The mother mentioned that two months prior she was laying on her daughters bed and was poked twice on the back. At the same time, she also heard a male voice (could not make out what he was saying) from another part of the room. The parents are concerned because their daughters are afraid of the house and are getting nervous because of the escalating activity.
