Tucson Residence, AZ

WCGAPS was contacted by Robin, who was renting an apartment in Tucson, AZ.  She was very concerned about some incidents that happened in her home and asked us to investigate.

Claims include seeing shadows, hearing voices, doors opening and closing on their own, temperature changes and pipes freezing in the summer months.  Robin also saw apparitions and her 4 year old granddaughter was seeing and speaking to someone who was not there.

We arrived later at night, around 10pm to set up.  While interviewing Robin and her family, some of our team started to debunk some of the claims.  Right away they noticed that they hallway and adjoining rooms where sitting at an angle giving a “fun house” effect which can cause dizziness.  To demonstrate this, Andy took a roll of tape we were using to tape down the camera cords and was able to roll this down the hallway showing that this was indeed at an angle.

As one of the main claims was the pipes freezing, the thermostat was examined next.. the thermostat itself looked pretty new and in working order, but after investigating the pipes we were able to detect that the pipes were leaking Freon.  At the time of the reveal, we asked Robin to tell her apartment manager to contact an air conditioning/heating company to verify.

After entering one of the bedrooms where a lot of the activity was happening, we found the apartments electrical box behind the door.  After checking the EMF with our detectors we were able to see that this was indeed very high and could explain a lot of the claims there.  High EMF is known to cause dizziness, nausea and the feeling of being watched.  Once again, we asked Robin later to tell her apartment complex of the problem.

The team also found speakers in the bathroom directly across from the main bathroom which had very high EMF spikes, which could also explain the claims in the bedroom area and hallway.

We spent a few hours at the location and did not have any personal experiences or witness anything unusual.    WCGAPS was able to debunk a lot of what Robin and her family were experiencing.  She was very grateful to have an answer to many of her concerns.
