2007 was the year that West Coast GAPS was founded by Andy and Makayla Rice.  Most of our core members joined the group during this year and began their journey into conducting paranormal investigations.  We formed bonds of friendship and professionalism as the group began to grow.  Our highlight of this year was the investigation of the George and Dragon Pub in Phoenix, AZ where we captured one of the most audible EVP we have to this date.
